Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays in South Africa). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Issues

Missing or Lost Packages:

  • If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors or building management
  • Contact us within 48 hours at info@tripleluxesolutions.com
  • We will investigate with the courier and resolve the issue

Delayed Deliveries:

  • Delays may occur due to weather, customs (international), or courier issues
  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, contact us at info@tripleluxesolutions.com

Incorrect Address:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order
  • We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Address changes after dispatch may incur additional fees

International Orders - Customs & Duties

Important: International customers are responsible for:

  • Import duties and taxes charged by your country
  • Customs clearance fees (if applicable)
  • Any additional charges imposed by customs authorities

Note: These charges are NOT included in your order total and are determined by your local customs office. TripleLuxe Solutions has no control over these charges.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect address provided
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal to pay customs fees (international)

We will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
