At TripleLuxe Solutions, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as you received it
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
- Email: info@tripleluxesolutions.com
- Subject line: "Return Request - Order #[Your Order Number]"
- Include: Order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return
Step 2: We will respond within 24-48 business hours with:
- Return authorization
- Return shipping instructions
- Return address
Step 3: Ship your item(s) back to us
- Use a trackable shipping service
- We recommend using a courier service in South Africa (PostNet, The Courier Guy, or Aramex)
- Keep your tracking number for your records
Return Shipping Costs
For South African Returns:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns
- We cover return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items
For International Returns:
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
- We recommend using a tracked service
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Inspection: Within 2-3 business days of receipt
- Approval notification: Email confirmation sent
- Refund processing: 5-7 business days after approval
- Refund method: Original payment method
- Timeframe: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account (depending on your bank or payment provider)
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@tripleluxesolutions.com.
Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If you need a different size or color:
- Option 1: Return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want (fastest method)
- Option 2: Contact us at info@tripleluxesolutions.com to arrange a direct exchange (subject to availability)
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging your order, but sometimes issues occur during shipping.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Inspect your order immediately upon delivery
- Contact us within 48 hours at info@tripleluxesolutions.com
- Provide photos of the damaged/defective item and packaging
- We will: Arrange free return shipping and send a replacement or full refund
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Intimate apparel (underwear, bodysuits, swimwear)
- Personal care items
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized products
- Hazardous materials
- Final sale or clearance items (marked as "Final Sale")
- Gift cards
Sale Items
- Regular sale items can be returned within 30 days
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance - No Returns" cannot be returned
Shipping & Delivery Information
South Africa:
- Free delivery on orders over R1,500
- Standard delivery: 3-7 business days
International:
- Free delivery on orders over R3,000
- Standard delivery: 7-14 business days
European Union Customers
If you are a customer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The same return conditions apply.
